Obviously, it's not x2 modifier on top of x1.5 STAB. That would be stupidly broken, even by GameFreak standards.
What really happens is that Quaxly in the trailer gets a low roll before Terastallizing and gets a high roll after Terastallizing.
>>51621031The damage modifier is more likely Adaptability boost, from x1.5 to x2. This is WAY more reasonable, especially since it parallels with something else in the game (and of course essentially a free huge power on any Pokemon is fucking absurd).
