Traded get more exp and you can end with a too powerful pokemon that doesnt listen to you.
Also for flavoring doesn't feel the same.
And trade sucks you have to actually interact with someone to get what you want or make a bot injert it into the game for you.
If trading was like before where you could look for particular pokemon on the database and trade it for whatever they ask for it wouldn't matter. By they decided to monetize that optiion ruining trade forever
