You'd think "the meme" you'd be getting from the previews were about Mario's voice? Like have memes where rest of the characters absolutely nothing like the original characters, or write absolutely batshit insane dialogue/plot points. Luigi not being Mario's brother, Bananas being an obvious metaphor for weed, some character saying the title of the film like "She's the last of us, too".
At least we had the Kesha Copypasta meme. Now that one is actually organic.
