Platinum was really good imo. At least it fixed all the problems with DP.

BDSP I haven't played but they look shit. I enjoyed PLA because it brought interesting new mechanics to the table, which are gonna end up being used for mainline games for now on.

Plus Darkrai is a chad

I worked to avoid the cutscenes for hours while fucking around doing what I wanted; took it at my own pace and enjoyed it. I can see why people who just pushed through the story would have issues. The only thing that was egregious to me was the beginning tutorial

DP were good, Platinum is just perfect
BDSP is neatly Platinum level, better in some ways
Arceus is on par with Platinum as the best games in the series.
