An amargasaurus is around 5,700 lbs while an Aurorus is only around 496 lbs.

because they can shrink and also expand and when they expand they keep the weight but being big is beneficial for intimidation so they are big

Also, they're pocket monsters because they're small. And reduce size to get into pokéballs (that was canon since the 90's and re-confirmed in PLA)

Pokémon can't overpass a ton. Or 10 meters unless they're with a special form or are serpent-like.

The biggest was Wailord 14 meters, compared to real blue whales over 40 meters.
The entity supposed to MOVE CONTINENTS is not even 4 meters tall.

Eternatus being called the "giant pokémon" 20 meters long. And I don't count Eternamax since Dyna/Gigantamax are mostly illusions.

Clearly not. It's what gives them their powers, but they're not made of energy, seeing as how they still need to eat and sleep, they age, and they have blood and internal organs.

It's 4 inches, which is about the size of a real life tarantula.

mudsdale is one of the VERY few pokemon that have weights that make sense
