frosmoth only plays to the team's strengths while covering for none of its weaknesses, if it's putting in any work you already won. replace it with literally anything else and the team improves.
replace arctovish with arctozolt, it's just straight up better. if you're really dead set on vish, at least drop scarf for life orb and make it hasty or naive so you're not cucking your own freeze dry.
froslass only exists to set spikes, using it for anything else is gimping yourself because even with a choice item it does fuck all for damage. even then, physical sets are superior because triple axel/poltergeist > blizzard/shadow ball.
walrein does literally nothing to anything immune to poison, if you're dead set on the meme set then at least replace substitute with whirlpool so it's not hard walled by weedle.
