His abilities are the same as regular Arcanine's (Flash Fire, Intimidate, and Justified) unless they change them.

Theoretically, it could take advantage of Terastalize to become a pure Rock type with reliable recovery (Morning Sun)

You need Grassy Terrain+Drought to survive more than one or two turn.
