>>51643966I wonder if it's just to fuck over Kyogre really badly in the latter half of the game's meta when VGC adds box legendaries. Koraidon resists water and then gets the added resistance from sun on top of it, while Miraidon resists water and the electric surge will probably give it a free KO on Kyogre. Kyogre can terastalize into an ice type to compensate but it becomes weak to fire and fighting and doesn't gain a resistance against electric.
