Anon, do you actually think it would turn out good with a fully voiced/dubbed cast? A few lines may not be too bad, kinda like BW2 did, but the entire thing?

Then mute the voices. I seriously don't understand the weird autism against voice work. This is something that can be easily disabled by purists if it ever does get implemented

Voice acting is 1 of the most expensive thing in the game since it's from japan i bet it could double their budget which they don't even spend on the game itself.
You'll get cheap voice actors through out and i hope for extra insults they lock each voice behind the lang chosen that way weebs cant say shit like "Jap voices are better" because they cant understand Japanese and people who can realize they suck balls too.

They did it with Arceus dunno why people think they won’t keep going. There’s voice acting in the trailers, New Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Go, and even Masters. Obviously GameFreak and TPC have realized the appeal.
