>>51653926even legpiss is superior to BDSP, at least legpiss tried something and stuck to it(simplified, smaller scale of 151 pokemon with no abilities or items), but even then the game included meltan as a new legendary, the alolan forms, physical/special split, new types and more, where as BDSP not only strives to be nothing more than a barebones DP(not even Platinum) remake but horribly fails at it by arbitrarily removing and adding content, not letting you play with new toys like every other remake(including legpiss) let you do before, no mega evolutions, no gigantomax, no z-moves, you can't even teach toxic to certain pokemon anymore. On top of that, the game is horribly buggy and makes original DP look stable(and that's the game which literally let you enter the void and glitch thru walls if you drove too fast on your bike)
Legpiss was a misguided fork in the road that tried something different, BDSP is an apathetic wet fart that was hyped up to be the best remake in history over the years. I don't think there will ever be a bigger joke in the history of this franchise than the competitive scene for BDSP, but I am looking forward to be proven wrong on even that in the near future
