Kalos has the best city and town designs in the whole series. No elaboration will be given, it should be plainly obvious to anyone.

My favorite towns are mostly Hoenn towns. Fortree, Lavaridge, Sootopolis, etc. all feel like their own ecosystem. Too bad they have less to do than even most Johto cities.

Wyndon and the snow city are pretty nice, everything else is pretty average or too small

Snow City is the only decent one, the western town has a surprising amount of detail to explore.
There is a nice looking fairy one but it's so small

You mean Stow-on-Side?
And yes, Ballonlea (the Fairy town) is too small with how nice looking it is. Actually, Stow-on-Side too is too small (the town part, too much is taken by the path to the monument)

I really liked Kalos and the only real problems with it are that there were so many set ups for the sequel game; faceless men story, ghost girl, secret message, abandoned train station; but nothing was ever done with it.
