She's based around an actually popular trend unlike any of the other gym leaders of this gen and will probably have some extra focus ingame. So her starting ground is basically like Raihans, except not for gays.
Nemona seems to be a off-shoot of a trend that never really won out in popularity(Hau despite the numerous clones tends to fall short), Penny has a meh design and i'd wager she's another case of Marnie; technically a clone of Lilie but not really going all in on it.
Geeta has a downright bad design and what little we do have of her feels horrifically bland, she might also be a minor character considering treatment.
