Nah, too many unknowns. I plan to catch everything I find anyway so planning my team doesn't really make much sense, it'll be changing relatively often as I experiment with new finds. There are definitely some I'm interested more than others, though. Ceruledge, Pawmi, Engine, Sushi, Kamen Rider, Hammer Loli, Primeape Evo, Pooper Evo, Paradox Donphan, and Paradox Tyranitar.

I would have used Klawf/new Frog but they don't evolve apparently so in the trash they go.
I'll fill the last spot with a bug type. Being an odd numbered gen, they should be amazing.

I'm doing mono Fire
Fuecoco, Fletchling, Houndour, Numel, Armarouge
still fucked up that Centiskorch isn't in the game, might transfer a Larvesta to complete my team
Will have to find it on Home's free GTS first though, as I don't have SwSh and don't plan and paying anything for transfer
But might as well have a 5-mon team since the game probably forces you to use the legendary like in BW.

Not that GF is the king of balance or anything, but this is a bad example, because Dragapult is specifically balanced by that fact.

Its insanely fast, has good SpAtk, special movepool, and a great offensive typing. If it had a stronger offensive presence, it could be TOO good.

I only know I want to use Ceruledge so I’m going to get Violet. I’d like to see the final forms of the starters before picking but right now I’m leaning towards the duck. That doesn't mean much. They still should have given it a good physical ghost moves that's not that strong. It could have shadow sneak or shadow claws, two moves that doesn't hit as hard a poltergeist but would give Dragapult the need for it to run physical sets.
