>>51677879Rex's VA was mediocre, especially by MC standards, and there was no one to pass the charisma ball to the 3 does with Eunie and Lanz. Zeke is good but he's not that good, and isn't around very long anyway. I'd also argue that Pyra and Mythra's VA is bad for way more than a couple of lines, most of the performance sounds phoned in, to the point where I thought she might have been directed to give a monotone, robotic performance on purpose. You can tell it has to do with direction and not talent because the little bit of voice acting she did for Smash was better than anything in the actual game. There's also Tora being horribly annoying, I'm pretty sure Riku sounding cool as fuck in 3 was a direct response to Tora's horrible voice.
