If it is a slow, specially bulky special attacker, I don't see it being better than either Meloetta or either Indeedee, and considering the weaker Indeedee is NU, that doesn't bode well for Farigiraf. Both Melo and Indeedee are confirmed to return, too.
A physical attacking role probably has a more unique niche.
