The only convergentmons are Wiglett and the Tentacool mushroom. Those are the only new Pokemon deliberately designed to look like old Pokemon. Anything else is coincidental.

When designing Bellibolt, they weren't thinking "let's make it look like Chansey". They were thinking "let's make an electric frog with fake eyes".

The dude who leaked convergent species in the first place confirmed that Wiglett and the Tentacool mushroom are the only ones, and Wiglett's similarities to Wiglett are explicitly pointed out. Nothing on the website compares Bellibolt to Chansey.
