I just did in Pokemon Crystal for the first time ever. All 251.

Yes, I cheated to get mew and celebi for fun even though they aren't required to see this screen.
I had a lot of fun with this. There were some grindy moments such as getting the Kanto starters and fossils and evolving everything, but it was great. I think I would do it again. Crystal is such a fun game.
