They didn't add nudist beaches to Kalos and I know for a fact women were much freer whipping bikini top off lying by the pool or on "family" beaches when I went on holiday there in the 90's to know there likely was full-nudity beaches around (not that my parents would go or take their kids to 'em). So why expect them in Palea?
Or are you too manwhale and callow to go to a real one yourself, so need to live vicariously in your safespace?
