I mean, Electric Terrain prevents Pokemon from being put to sleep, and in Legends Arceus, using Spark, Volt Tackle, or Wild Charge cures the user of drowsiness because of the electricity surrounding/running through their bodies.

Pikachu's Counter Shield here is basically a makeshift Electric Terrain.
