Hate to say it, but they gave us a heads-up when the SS datamine only had two slots for mythicals (Zarude and Dada Zarude), they were only doing one movie. Covid and ting likely helped nail on that intent, but not as if they hadn't already been thinking about it.

The first three movies are the best imo. Speaking of which, remaking any of them without Shudo (rest in piss) would be completely soulless.

The dub isn't bad, it's worth it for Team Rocket. But there's also generic teeny bopper music so make of that what you will.
