So PLA says that these are their original forms AND it also says they took these forms to contain Arceus' power so which one is it?

Its like running something as a user or as an administrator.
When they're just fucking about in the physical world they take their normal forms, and when they need to run time/spacemod.exe they switch to the other.

Why not both? It's their original forms which the require to contain Arceus power, but they don't need it most of the time and use a 'sealed' form

At first they were just eggs created by Arceus and the Unown, like in the HGSS event. The eggs shaped themselves into these forms to imitate Arceus.

i never played Arceus.
but why i cant get these forms from Pokemon Home?

you cant send them to Home? i do own Arceus legendary mons and that regional pokemon but i never seen Dialga and Palkia from that game in P.Home
