Ninjask so long as they don't put any of that into yet more Speed. Baton Pass is okay in Ubers IIRC.

Clefable, easily. Already OU with 483 (Picrel). Magic Guard is something else.

Not certain about Infernape. Maybe. It was UU in gen 7 and is OU in BD/SP.

Devs should let "same species = different base stats" be a thing. as in you capture a mawile with 380 BST in early game and later you can find another one with 600 BST. This solves the shitmon problem.

that depends entirely on how you boost their BST.
most mons could be ubers if you minmaxed the shit out of them, and the lower you go the more freedom you have to do that.
for example, magikarp having 200 BST means you have 400 (!!!) points to mess around with.
even with only one real move, you could still make some magic happen, especially since it's a swift swimmer.

i honestly don't know if it's possible to have a 600 BST smeargle spread that's not ubers.
having some stats low means others have to be high, and smeargle can work with absolutely anything.

1/20/255/20/255/49 is probably the worst possible way to allocate 600bst and might be the only way to make smeargle bad, but 1 as an HP stat is basically cheating since a BST of 1 sets the HP value to one.
Without abusing that, then perhaps something like pumping HP and then making it a frail mixed attacker with shitty speed? Probably with a lean towards special since priority moves skew physical, something along the lines of 255/80/40/120/40/65 is probably the worst it could possibly get, and that would probably still be ubers material.

belly drum + espeed tears through OU, same goes for power herb geomancy and mixed shell smash.
and that's just the setup sweeper sets.

Yeah its kind of too hard with everything it has.
Even Guzzlord type bulk is actually good on Smeargle since its pure normal. It'll get away with setting up on a lot of threats for free. Still prone to being revenge killed if you take that route but again, with infinite movepool it's not this would be its only set.

UUBL is being too generous. This isn't Gen 5.
Metagross has similar stats (135 Atk, only missing a bit of bulk & 10 Speed) ,a 600 BST,a much better type and decent ability, and it's only RU.
This 600 BST Ariados is like what, NU or PUBL, NUBL at best?
NUBL has stuff like Tornadus, Porygon-Z, Goodra or Cresselia in it.
