The stale formula is all you know and yet you won't even attempt to try all the great romhacks or Pokemon-like games, even when they are objectively way better and have all the features that you constantly reminisce about. You won't, because it's "not Pokemon!"

Despite the horrible dip in quality that has been on going since the mainline games went 3D. Despite the lacking in content and polish. And now, despite all the reddit memes and LGBTroon shit that the games now have in them... You will still buy it. You can't not buy Pokemon. The mere sight of the Pokemon logo makes you physically jitter. You cannot help but throw your money at Gamefreak only to repeat the cycle. The never ending cycle of hopeless obsession.

Look at yourself in the mirror Anon. And tell yourself, with sincerity, that you're still going to buy SV despite it all. And look at the shame in your eyes when you say it.
