Gyro ball, payback, maybe bug bite if you want both STABs. Forretress actually has a decent attack (higher than Steelix) but it gets screwed over by its movepool. It seems tempting to put Spikes, Stealth Rock etc. on it but entry hazards are not useful in the regular playthrough. I guess you could teach it Earthquake if you don't have any other 'mons that can learn it.

Thanks. Yeah, I was planning on teaching Earthquake to my Meganium but I'll probably give it to Forretress instead cause he really doesn't have much else. Man if only infinite TMs came a gen earlier
