Lopunny is a bit more overt, even if it's a pokemon you like for gameplay purposes, you might get a stare or two. It's not like gardevoir that belongs to a more well known gen plus it's actually strong so it carried a lot of people on their playthroughs. For that matter, same as blaziken, to normal people it's a cool pokemon, not a sweaty jacked chicken gf.
My favorite pokemon is gourgeist so if anybody asks I can just say I like halloween and I think it's cute and creepy, both of which are true. I also have seen gourgeist porn that I like, but I like the pokemon for what it is first. If you ONLY like a pokemon for the porn that's a different thing, but there's no shame in liking lopunny either by itself or for porn I guess, unless you sperg out that it has "child birthing hips" in normal conversation. You can do it, but you'll be better received in /trash/.
TLDR: it's all context. Don't be ashamed to like any pokemon for any reason, but don't be a sperg about it
