Well, the ACTUAL definition is a genderless Pokemon which is garnered in its original generation as an event only, and is found always* at the end of its originating region's Pokedex, after the legendaries. It is also often vaguely hinted at in game years before its release, but that sometimes isn't really the case(or at least feels like it.)
Zeraora is an example of one that doesn't feel like it got hinted at at all. I'm pretty sure Shaymin really isn't either.
I don't get this whole "it doesn't FEEEEEL like a mythical" bullshit, it literally meets every requirement except the hinting.
