Fury Attack is trash, Tail Whip would be simply mediocre if it wasn't for the fact that it boosted your stats thanks to the badge boost glitch, and Horn Drill's all but useless on a pokemon that's as slow as molasses. Stomp is probably the least worst offender.
>DugtrioGrowl/Dig/Sand-Attack/Slash. Probably the best thing on his team due to Dig's base 100 power, and crit mechanics making Slash an autocrit.
>NidoqueenScratch/Tail Whip/Body Slam/Poison Sting. Scratch in the 8th gym. That is all.

>RhydonStomp/Tail Whip/Fissure/Horn Drill. 2 OHKO moves on something that's also slow as molasses is bad enough, but add to that that it's only attacking move is Stomp, and you have something that may unironically be worse than the FRLG Rhyhorn.
