If the epoch is 2000, you're calling 5 year olds cringe.
If the epoch is 1994 like Wikipedia suggests for some ungodly reason, it's 11 year olds.
Either way you're suggesting a kid who doesn't know any better, is heavily invested in something and is still finding his footing is "cringe." Seems a bit cringe to me.
