There's too much competition in the Hourglass Build area for her to make it. Comparatively there's a lot less Bottom Heavy contenders, so Bianca can shine there. Consider:

So by putting Bianca, who truthfully does fall into being pear shaped (especially with her BW proportions), into that role, it lets her excel without competition.
