Would be included via DexNav.

Not feasible on the 3DS but the DexNav did incorporate the stealth element

True since Lumiose would be a great hub for an open world game and the sections of Kalos would be well suited to a "three stories" mode like SV with it as a hub.

From a gameplay perspective the games are fine a bit too handholding at times and the only gameplay tweaks is to make sure the rivals aren’t complete jokes. I believe Serena’s Pokémon only know 3 moves or something that stupid. The real changes is the plot/post game being fleshed out

That's true. Calling the piss poor feature "overworld encounters" doesn't really compare to actual overworld encounters like ORAS/PLA where the pokes actually interact with the environment.
Good thing I wasn't referring to it.
Now why bring up HGSS's QOL and then say it's shit?
