Well.
They've finally done it. They've re-created the same garbage aesthetic gen 5 had. Oh yes, make no mistake about it. I don't know what you faggots are crying about, isn't this everything you wanted? No? What's the matter, you finally grew up and are now understanding just how shit this style of design is, but you couldn't tell with gen 5 because most of you grew up with that shit.
Because I'm telling you now, I am the most ancient of all pokefags and I have always hated gen 5, regardless of what this zoomer cess pit echo chambers opinion and gen 5 is the only gen's dex I have truly despised. Filled to the brim with overly cartoony, goofy ass looking shitmon. Bottom of the barrel trash. Yeah it has a few gems here and there, and so it should having one of the largest dex's in the franchise, but the gen as a whole consisted of 95% filler garbage and now gen 9 is following suit.
Gen 6? Amazing dex despite how small it was. Gen 7? Same thing. The dreaded gen 8???? Same. Fucking. Thing.
Gen 9 though? Shit, I literally don't like anything shown thus far besides fucking Wiglett.
All I'm getting from this gen is Yokai Watch, Cereal Box mascots and gen 5 vibes in general. The trifecta of shit. Bravo, bravo.

I look at gen 9 in the same way I looked at gen 5, aka

Clown dex. Clown gen. Clown game. Made for brainlet toddlers. Gen 6, this boards most hated gen, has such a far and away superior slew of cool, well designed pokemon compared to gen 5 and 9 and no amount of coping, seething, malding and dilating will change that.
