With only the bare minimum changes, I'd say give both it and gorebyss simple on that empty ability slot (good way for shell smash to offset their low speed without needing swift swim and rain support, also makes them an immediate threat, both of them can go physical, special or mixed as needed), and better coverage and support options: poison jab, power whip and glare for huntail, sludge wave, giga drain and healing wish for gorebyss
