This thread is prime to get shitted up by constant bitching on the same points, but let's give it a shot.

First I think IVs need some sort of change, if not a straight up removal. Maybe play into pokemon of variable sizes and having 3 pre-set IV tiers being either faster, bulkier or more offensive.

Secondly, I would have TMs be less widely distributed and have most of a pokemons good coverage moves be egg moves since as far as I can see, a lot of pokemons egg moves aren't that great.
