>>51768786These are actually really good points. Regions have different level curves, so how strong a Champion is within their own games doesn't mean much. Diantha has the highest levels in her Champion fight, but nobody's arguing she's the strongest Champion of all time. However, since Cynthia and Iris both appear in the same game in BW2 (or Alder in BW1) their powerlevels ARE comparable since they exist within the same level curve.
