In comparison to other Nintendo characters it matches Isabelle from animal crossing the most, 11k to 783, but you're looking at 9.6k porn pics to 17.5k. This is the second most lewded Nintendo character after Lucario, and while it fares better than Lucario, it's reception in no way matches the number of porn it has even among non-human characters.
Even looking at it within the pokephile sphere the numbers also tell a different story. Smash or Pass has shown that it doesn't dominate like some people think. Lopunny pretty much matches Gardevoir in both
rule34.xxx smash or pass and PokeSmash only being 2% in smash difference in both sites and only a 10-15% difference with the rest of the top tiers. Pokeporn in reddit also shows a healthy diversity, albeit of the same handful of Pokémon, with no one dominating. And of course Vaporeon exist as the most sexualized Pokémon in the popular imagination thanks to memes. All this shows is that attraction to Pokémon tends to be pretty tight-knit and diverse. Smash or pass did a lot to dispell conceptions people have over pokephilia.
