Anyway OP to answer your question he's a retard but he's also pretty clearly an autistic kid desperate to be liked by people so I don't think too poorly of him. If anything it's because of "celebrity leakers" like Khu who forego anonymity and insist on being credited that kids like this one are desperate to emulate who they see as a popular figure
