What did people like about these games? I played them and they’re just as boring as I imagined, it’s literally just Kanto again but with the Go catching mechanics. It’s not even as fast as FRLG.

It looks pretty, zero candy/grinding runs are pretty fun and you can do them in a few hours tops, the master trainer system was pretty neat. The online meta was refreshing for a few days at least especially before everyone had melmetal
