In other rpgs I've seen where you have a chance to randomly gain a rare ability or form after leveling past a certain point.
What if pokemon made a mutation Pokemon that could potentially get a completely random move or ability upon level up, and after a certain point evolve into a Pokemon of a random typing?
We already have pokemon like Smeargle that can learn literally anything, and Pokemon like Silvally, Kecleon, Greninja, Cinderace, and Arceus that can change typing.
And we got Pokemon like Eevee that can evolve into a bunch of different Pokemon.
Let's just make a fucking next level version of that, but with randomness instead of choice.
