How long will it be without DLC ?

Depends on how many Pokemon you use. SWSH is a short game but I extended the play time by using like 200 pokemon or some shit.

Probably 18 hours to complete the stories if you're just rushing through, and 30-ish hours if you're exploring and doing side activities throughout. Add in completing the dex, shiny hunting, online battling, and DLC and I imagine I'll spend a good 200-300 hours on this one. Pretty excited.

Technically yeah, but not really.
Any% world record even after it's been out for years, hasn't gotten sub-4hr. A normal playthrough isn't going to be 5 by any means.

I did finish my first playthrough on 5:45, that's with fainting like twice. Post game was only another 1:30

anon, it will be max 30 hours at a normal pace. The reason older games take this long without three "branches" is because everything is wrapped up into one linear story. All they did was take the 8 gym battles, the villian subplot and totem battles and turn them into 3 separate activities independent of one another.

You will finish everything in a few days and then be stuck with meta battling against minmax autists online, and doing raids, for a year until DLC.

Don't think that one is gonna work well with that 50 base Special Attack.

Although you just reminded me my main team's Tsareena will basically need an entire moveset change. She currently runs Assault Vest with Trop Kick/Hi Jump Kick/Rapid Spin/U-turn with the idea being she gets a variety of utility across those + the Max versions of those moves. But with Dynamax gone that doesn't quite work.

Would be nice if she got Leech Seed next gen, but whatever happens, she isn't leaving my team. I love my femdom fruit.
