Pokemon doesn't really focus on giving trainers meaningful feats for powerlevel shitposting, like what are Red's feats?
If I recall correctly Garchomp repelled an attack from either Dialga or Palkia in the anime but that's nothing really major.

The fact that it never lost in the anime even once until recently, Garchomp was an Uber beast in Gen 4, Cynthia used it to terrorise us on our first playthroughs of DPP and that Cynthia was the first female champ and a stoic mommywife

Not really. She is quite fragile against any Ice mon. The reason why people having a hard time against her is that you have to go through tanks like spiritomb and milotic
