How come I keep getting communication errors in Sword and Shield ranked battles? For some reason it only happens when I’m about to win.

That sounds like it would be hilarously easy to exploit if you and a friend just wanted to grind Ws without any effort. But I've never actually played online in any Pokemon games recently so I dunno if shits even ranked or matters or not.

A rage quit gives you an auto win but there is a slight delay before your rank updates, you have to wait till after next match or enter+exit the rank menu to force it to update.
