I couldn't care less about Scarlet and Violet being garbage because I can always replay gen 1 and it's always gonna remain the definitive pokemon experience. Let's face even if 10 years down the line Gamefreak gets its shit together and delivers what you "people" might deem a good product the fact of the matter is that the pokemon universe has taken too much damage that, unless they choose to retcon everything past gen1(they wont), it's completely irreversible.
