Some solid designs some fucking terrible designs.
Gameplay is exactly what I expected from pokemon, No change in a generic 5/10 score there.
New features. Wild area was shit. Nothing good about it. But the Dlc wild areas were a little better. Not a high bar though
Max raids were shit, and won't be playable in the future
Story was ok, until the end
Characters, are a 50/50 split. Leon is complete garbage as a character and is so incredibly annoying, but I actually really enjoyed hop as a rival. And the supporting cast were pretty good.
Marnie was weird though and I hate how fast people turned to coomers over her because she's probably autistic enough to let you hang around her without being completely repulsed by your existence.
Graphics.
I think that the art direction was fantastic, Turner did a really good job with it. Except for the wild area which looks like complete shit.
All in all I think the game was ok. But rushed and unfinished.
But it had dexit, so it's a 3/10
Legends archeus.
Ugly as fuck, boring as fuck overworld. Horrible graphics and annoying requirements to beat the game.
But it was fun for a bit, the combat changes felt fresh, annoying but fresh. Would not be viable for competetive. Liked how pokemon walked around but putting a bunch of mice in an empty cage and watching them run around in circles gets dull fast.
Fun, would like to see where they go with it in the future, bonus points for trying something new.
