>>51844914Its more of a design remnant but the "lines" on its body are tank tracks. Its actually been stated in an interview that originally it was a tank dragon but was scrapped from the dex.
Later on it was brought back but with an Orochi theming, though simplified as they couldn't do all the heads super well at the current sprite size(but the wings do give an impression of the idea)
