>>51859537>You have Parting Shot Silvally, Aurora Veil Ninetales that can lead to easy Blaziken sweeps. That's what I thought too, but I can't lead Ninetales due to 4x weak to Steel, and Blaziken is a near guaranteed faint from EQ, while Flare Blitz does only 77% max with the Fire debuff and Ice defense buff. A seed would have helped big time sure, I can't argue with that. But even setting up AV doesn't save either of my answers since neither can OHKO back, regardless of who held it. Also, Earthquake only breaks the field when water's surface is beneath it, apparently.
252+ Atk Sandslash-Alola Earthquake vs. Lvl 95 0 HP / 0 Def Blaziken: 282-332 (98.6 - 116%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
-1 Lvl 95 252+ Atk Blaziken Flare Blitz vs. +1 252 HP / 252 Def Sandslash-Alola: 232-276 (65.5 - 77.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
I'm sure I tried Parting Shot Silvally lead, but I can't really say it mattered all that much in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the day, that's so much overloaded into one Pokemon, whether my team comp particularly sucked against it or not.
>And I guess you also struggled with AmariaI actually don't remember at all, but that probably says something about the challenge if it didn't stick around like Blake did. It's probably worth mentioning that my Ninetales has Freeze-Dry, though.
>There is actually online trading/battling for the game, haven't used it though.I have, I'm surprised it has online period, but so does Cybersleuth. It's totally dead (at least to anyone who doesn't partake in the forums), so actually having online matters very little, but I suppose the ability at all is a fair enough point.
>Know how to exploit, destroy, or change itDunno, in fields I could change, I never felt like it was big. Using Oceanic Operetta in the dragon gym in theory would have been massively advantageous, but it didn't feel that way.
Idk, it is what it is. Just wish it wasn't a necessity to save scum every fight, whether I had a good comp or not.
