Somehow the only Yugi/Kaiba Archetypes that are actually good are Light Union Machine Monsters. Also the various Trap Virus cards are varyingly good. In comparison, Yugi has fuck all except Red Eyes Dark Dragoon and Ra - Sphere Mode being good tech choices

Yugi has way more random bullshit pushed for him; he just also gets trash for the most part. Dragoon was a mistake though. Yugi has so much random support that you would think shit like Gaia was actually relevant in the show when the reality simply was that Yugi played a lot of cards for no reason.
