>>51870444there's a button combo you can do to change the time. you'll also need to generate a password based on your name, ID and current cash. it works on the original so i can only assume it works on the VC version.
1: hold down select and B on the title screen.
2: while holding select, release down and B.
3: then while holding select, press and hold up and left.
4: then let go of select
if that works then you got to the reset screen. where you can reset the clock and you'll need to enter the password. use this link:
