>>51879157This. There as no precedent for Pokémon transfers in the first place/ There wasn't even expectation of a sequel. Having a Dexcut would solve nearly every "problem "with Gen2. Game Freak clearly regrets cross-gen tranfers, and considering how Johto has been treated Game Feak probably regrets making it a sequel.

Most of this wouldn't even make Gen2 better, buts considering Dexit, KANTOOOOO-shilling, Johto-neglect, Genwars, and all sorts of other bullshit, it would have been the best choice in the long run
