"Goofy" and weird looking pokemon were 1/5 of gen 3 dex, while it is good to have variety, recent gens (specially gen 8 and 9) seem to consist mainly of these type of pokemon. It's like in LoL every released skin was cottontail/bee/april fools

yeah limbs have zero definition anymore. it's to make things easier for the "animators" (if you can call any modern anime "animated") and toy manufacturers, but it just looks wrong. and some of the toys based on the stick-limb mons are horrible anyway.

whiscash has the ability oblivious and learns amnesia, as well as having the ability to naturally cause earthquakes; it's very likely it undergoes some sort of trance-like state when causing an earthquake that causes it to lose its memory. of course, whiscash is also a water type, so all it has to do is look at it's reflection in the water and it'll see the W and think to itself "oh shit, that's right, I'm Whiscash". very intuitive design honestly.
