So HYPOTHETICALLY, if i had a copy for a game early. Any game, how should I go about leaking it? In a way that would make me as untraceable as possible. Would I need a burner phone and library wifi or something?

VPN, VPS, Public Wifi, VM. Basically go to whatever place that has wifi, no sign sheet and or cameras, then you create a quick VM (Ubuntu is the fastest an easier). Meanwhile the machine is being created, you dump the game, once you got the game you move it to the VM, and from the VM you upload it to whatever host, people will download and make mirrors.

Switch hacks are temporary, and require a usb cable to boot. As soon as you reboot, your switch is unhacked. People only get banned for installing pirated games anyway, and that doesn't affect your ability to play games offline.

Fucking this. You dipshits act like nintendo will SWAT you. If you can get the game then just fucking play it and show pics. The most they can do is give you a cease and desist notice, but considering the game drops in less than 2 weeks, it wont go into effect fast enough. They cant track where you got it or how, they can only try to scare you into stopping. You only face seriously issues if you work for nintendo or are someone they sent an early copy to and you decided to leak it, at which point they can sue you for not following the NDA.

Booting without hekate is literally de-hacking, unless you installed a modchip or autoRCM, it's as good as any stock switch.
CFW is patched on top of the system in memory, it's never installed except for files on your SD card which are easy to remove.
Educate yourself.

De-hacking implies what you do is temporary, it's not, you constantly boot into CFW, because besides a few situations Stock is no longer needed. In fact many people configure the Switch so you can't boot into Stock by mistake, always needing a jig and payload to load into Hekate. CFW is not patched on top of anything it's just you booting from an SDCard instead of Internal Memory. Fuck off with your disinformation, you retarded nigger.

Exactly, dehacking is as simple as not booting hekate/CFW. The CFW isn't there unless you consciously boot into it, hence it being temporary.
